A1. No harassment or toxicity towards other players or parties.

A2. No homophobia, bigotry, racism, transphobia, or any discrimination of any persons.

A3. No use of racial slurs or slurs relating to a person’s identity.

A4. Repeated & extensive explicit (sexual, etc.) messages aren’t allowed in Public Chat

B1. Try to limit any spamming of words, characters or other mediums. Excessive

spam will end in punishment.

B2. No advertising of other servers or services unless given explicit permission.

B3. English should be the only language spoken in general chat. All other languages are reserved for /msg, /tc, /lc, /nc and other methods of communication.

C1. Controversial topics should be avoided. (Nazism, etc.)

C2. While the talk of politics is ok, please keep it moderated and lawful. Respect other people’s opinions.

A1. Repetitive offensive kills (3/hr) are not allowed.

A2. No spawn killing or town spawn killing

A3. Camping outside a town with the sole purpose of killing someone is not allowed.

A4. No TP Trapping, Claim Hopping during PvP or PvP Trapping.

B1. Any type of Client-side modifications to give an advantage are not allowed. (ex. XRAY, “hacks'', fly, relog/Macro scripts)

B2. If an exploit/glitch is found it is to be brought to the staff’s attention. Not doing so will result in punishment.

B3. Assisting others in breaking rules will lead to punishment.

B4. Abusing the AFK timer by coming back just to avoid it and extend your AFK time is not allowed. (ex. to keep a

chunk loaded, farms, etc.)

B5. The use of alternate accounts is not permitted for any reason, especially to avoid punishment or to abuse the voting system/gain extra town claims.

B6. Use of common-sense is required. If it doesn’t seem ok to do, ask before you do it. Staff have discretion if they feel something is wrong and malicious, even if not currently listed in rules.

• Badlion/Optifine/Lunar are exempt from this rule. If you’re unsure if something’s allowed, open a ticket in discord.

C1. Nations & towns may not have controversial/Explicit names. (ex. Nazi Germany)

C2. You may not intentionally claim block without permission to block a town’s expansion. Cases of “claim blocking” are up to interpretation by staff.

C3. You may not set homes inside a base, claim, nation zone or 50 blocks near one of the specified areas without explicit permission.

C4. You may not push someone out of claims or manipulate them out of claims to kill them or cause any condition that they otherwise wouldn’t have in claims.

D1. You may not build any type of lag machines, or highly “laggy” systems. Unintentional lag machines will be removed.

D2. You may not construct buildings that resemble places, fictional or non-fictional, that are deemed highly controversial (Gas chambers, swastikas, etc.)

E1. You may not scam people. Situations of “scamming” are up to interpretation by staff.

E2. Joining a town or nation solely for the reason of taking its resources/stealing items is forbidden.

E3. You may not grief the wilderness/environment on an unreasonable scale. (this is up to interpretation by staff)

• When in doubt, use the resource world.

E4. You may not spawn withers in the main world. Withers may only be spawned in resettable worlds including: Nether, End, Resource World.

E5. You may not mass grief wilderness on the earth world.

• Claimed land is the exception to this rule.
