Terms of Service

By playing, utilizing or interacting with Evergreen Craft and it’s products (including but not limited to Evergreen Craft's website, minecraft server, discord server or web store) you are agreeing to the following terms of service.

If you are under the age of legal consent in a specific country, you are agreeing that you have a parent or guardian’s consent to access the products of Evergreen Craft.

The Owners, Staff, and Volunteers of Evergreen Craft reserve the right to terminate access to the products of the company without reason or proof.

Additionally, the company reserves the right to deny refunds and will only be considered on a case by case basis. By using the products of Evergreen Craft, you acknowledge that any crimes committed while accessing the products of the company including but not limited to town, county, state, federal or international laws or international treaties will be reported toward the proper authorities. You also agree to waive any right for a refund or order cancellation that may be applicable dependent on your locality’s laws, and that the company will begin executing the services of the product immediately.

The company (Evergreen Craft) and it’s products reserves the right to store, log and share any information that is created through the use of the company’s products with third-parties, including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok and other media services.

The company reserve the right to hold any legal

complaints against it to be held in force arbitration that will be selected by an arbitrator selected by the company.

The company also reserves the right to make changes to the Product, Site, Services or Terms of Service/Terms and Conditions under notification to the user. If the user does not agree with the Terms, the user may cease the use of the company’s products, services and associated services. Failure to cease use of the Products and Services signifies an agreement to the Terms and Conditions/Terms of Service as previously signified.

By donating real world currency to the company, you agree to all changes made retroactively. The company reserves the right to update any product or reward produced and maintained by Evergreen Craft to be held in fair and like value to the product at time of purchase. In the event a product is altered or changed from original purchase, the company reserves the right to exchange changes on a case by case situation. Additionally, Evergreen Craft reserves the right to deny product and reward transfers to other "accounts", that deviate from original purchasing agreement.
